Hi there, can anyone tell me how the airport transfer from Phuket to your SHA+ hotel happens ? It’s not mentioned on my booking anywhere? I’m guessing it’s automatically sorted by the airport or the hotel ? Also it’s not mentioned on the sandbox requirements to download the ‘ morchana’ app but I’ve seen some people talk about it online. I’ve downloaded this app & it’s not working so 🤷‍♂️

Its an extra cost, it has to be a SHA plus transport its easier to ask hotel to arrange they have all your flight details etc

You should ask your hotel to organise transfer for you.

Forget Morchana, it doesn't work for most people and they are working on it.
