How long does it take roughly to get through Phuket international passport, visa and paperwork check and have a test. I'd be arriving on a Tuesday evening if that helps?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The time it takes to get through passport control, visa checks, and testing at Phuket International Airport can vary significantly based on arriving flights. Estimates shared by travelers suggest anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. Specifically, one traveler mentioned approximately 30 minutes during a less busy period, while others noted about an hour, especially if multiple flights arrive simultaneously. Factors such as the time of day and whether you're arriving during peak flight times can also influence duration.

Completely depends on how many flights land just before you. 0 and you could be in the taxi in 30 minutes. If 3 or so then maybe 1

hours. Just a crap shoot. These days are relatively quiet compared to “normal” so bank on an hour and you should be fine.

We can in through the Sand Box program. Very quick and easy to get through. About 45 minutes. Testing after you exit with your bags. Safe travels.

About 30 minutes for me but that was October. But it all depends you could land 15 minutes after a charter flight from Russia and be stuck there for a while
