Can I ignore the COVID-19 test notice in the Morchana app if I arrived under the test and go program?

I got this notice in my lock screen twice today but there’s no notice actually inside the Morchana app. It appears to say,

“According to the measures for entering the Kingdom of Thailand, please report the results of the COVID-19 test on the 7th by RT-PCR method in the aforementioned link.”

Except we arrived on test and go before the change was announced and don’t have a day 7 PCR. Tomorrow is day 7 for us and we plan to take our home ARTs. Do you think we can safely ignore the notice?
