I understand your question although some people don’t. There is no way you can’t verify your e-visa online for Thailand.

If you used agent, ask the the evisa portal login to check yourself or ask to forward the visa approval email.

For example, you can verify your Malaysia evisa at their portal whether you used an agent or not.
