How can I successfully apply for a 1-Year Cultural Seminar Pass (DTV) from the Osaka embassy?

We provide the supporting enrollment documents required for the DTV application process, including enrollment confirmation, payment confirmation, company registration documents, and the seminar schedule.

Regarding Osaka specifically, we unfortunately do not yet have direct experience at this time.

We generally recommend briefly contacting the embassy/consulate beforehand to explain the situation and ask whether the seminar program would be accepted.
