TLDR : Answer Summary
To stay in Thailand indefinitely and start a business, you can register a company and obtain a Non-Immigrant B Visa to apply for a work permit. Minimum capital for the company is 2 million THB, and you need to hire at least 4 Thai staff for each work permit. Alternatives include options like marriage, retirement, investment, or adopting. It's advisable to consult a lawyer or immigration agent for guidance on procedures and to find reliable services.

Yes you can do that easy way:

Register a company with dbd & vat entitlement.

Registered capital min 2 mil thb to cover your own sponsored work permit.

You will need to hire 4 thai staffs to get one work permit.

First you can enter into Thailand with a tourist Visa, after u register your own company, your company documents will sponsor you to get non immigrant b Visa which will allow you to apply for work permit.

Well better talk to a lawyer, they will do the best way.

All the best.
