Answer summary
If you applied for a Thai visa through an agent, it's crucial to ensure its legitimacy by obtaining your case number from the agent. Users in the community suggest using the official Thai Immigration mobile app (THIM) or visiting the Thai government website to verify visa details and avoid scams. Multiple comments emphasize that legitimate services from the Thai government should be free, and caution against any requests for payment as indications of fraudulent schemes.
