Hi, I used the new app THIM to create a trip and QR code but everything about it is very thin on detail it really boggles my mind. Is this the same as completing a TDAC? TDAC is mentioned absolutely nowhere on the app🤔. Even adding "trip manager" I was confused about thinking it might be only for people who are part of a tour when it's actually you the traveller.
Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about this app?

stick with it. it is a growing work in progress. now they have verify account yound9nt need re enter your passport details every time.
eventually it will replace a lot of need to go to immigration. but wait for the app to inform you.

Used it for a recent trip to Japan works like a charm, even sends a reminder 72 hours before arrival back in Kingdom to complete medical declaration for TDAC and then gives the QR code. Which you don't have to show the IO as it's in the system.

Yes this is the better of the 2 if u have more u can do on thim ref reporting ur visa requirement when ur in Thailand like ur 90day soon it will be the only one I just this to get through at bkk np what's ever

You can always Verify that the THIM App generated a TDAC by going directly to the TDAC Website to Verify

OPJack Wilbur I'm confused by their roll out and implementation of the same thing in two different ways. Been traveling all corners of Thailand for many years and never been chewed up and spat out although I appreciate your concern captain 🫡

Is says "how to complete your arruval card " once you ask ut to create a new trip!!! This arrival card is the TDAC

OPGraeme Mort Yes I gathered arrival was most likely the TDAC it's just that they went so heavy on TDAC it would be useful if the same terminology was consistent across the board.

Dave DM I suppose the thought Thailand digital arrival card could be shortened to arrival card, you'll find many thai systems are very interesting
