How can I obtain a DTV Soft Power visa in Thailand, and can I apply myself?
Would someone be willing to explain how to obtain a DTV Soft Power visa? Do I have to use an agency, or can I do it myself? What would I need to do? Thank you for any advice.

Depends if you're genuine or not. If you've got a genuine course booked you can do it yourself, if you haven't and just want the visa, pay an agency.

You sign up for a soft power activity of at least 6 months duration, preferably longer, then you leave Thailand and apply at your chosen consulate by fulfilling their requirements.
