How can I obtain a COVID-19 60-day extension visa in Chiang Mai without an embassy letter?

today I went to CM immigration do the COVI-19 60day extension visa , fast without embassy / consulate letter , just full in all the form and pay 1900B done 555.

but if people want go near your visa expires get more day . I think is ok .
