Hi I am trying to book an appointment for the DTV visa in HCMC, Vietnam.  But it says all appointment spots are full pretty much well into next year even?

I couldent find a link or anything, is there any way you know where exactly to apply online? And i still need to be IN Vietnam at the time of sending the application, correct?

Yes you need to be in Vietnam as you need to show your passport entry stamp.
