How can I apply for a visa for Soft Power activities at a Thai language school in Chiang Mai with an Argentinian passport?

How long did it took you to be approved? Did you try anyone from Malaysia?
I have Argentinian Passport.
I wanna apply for Soft power activities with a Thai Language school in Chiang Mai and don't know which embassy of which country could be good to apply from.
I'm gonna be sure I have the money is needed to prove from the next three months in an Argentinian bank account to apply after .
And I will wait my tourist visa to expire to fly out also . So they don't say I still have tourist visa time available.
Any recommendations for my situation please?

Many embassies won’t issue you a DTV for Thai language. Suggest reaching out to the specific embassy in advance

Be extremely careful regarding Thai language studies, ensure the school has a history of successful DTV approval paperwork and which embassies accepted it. Generally language courses are not on the DTV list of accepted activities. They will take your 10K and give you an ED visa.

If you fly out on a tourist visa and do not have re-entry permit the visa is cancelled
