Does the LTR visa transfer when renewing a passport while living in the US?

The LTR visa can be transferred to a new passport once you renew it. The process involves having your old passport, which contains the LTR visa, and bringing it to the immigration office to transfer the stamps to your new passport. It is essential to enter Thailand with the original passport that has the LTR visa, and then you can exit and re-enter using the new passport. It's crucial to ensure that the LTR has been activated, as there may be considerations if the visa has not been used before.
