Hi not sure if anyone knows, I'm going for my 2nd tourist visa in KL, when they want you to have proof of a outwards flight from Thailand by the time the visa expires, obviously ill be looking to do a 30 day visa extension in samui after my 60 days tourist visa runs out again, can my outwards flight be within that 30 day visa extension or do they expect it to be booked for during the 60 day tourist visa.. not sure if that makes sense?
E.g get tourist visa - expires 30th November but going to do 30 day extension in samui till 29th December.. does my outwards flight need to show it's by 30th november or can I do it for anytime before 29th December as they will assume/ask me if I'm planning to do the 30 day extension?
Also, can it be booked back to Kuala Lumpur? (So I can use it to apply for next tourist visa) or will they not be happy as it might be obvious I'm coming back to apply again?
Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Thai tourist visa, the requirement for proof of an outward flight is that it must be within the validity of the 60-day visa. Therefore, your flight can be booked to occur during your 30-day extension, but it is advisable to clarify this with the visa authorities in KL.
