My Colombian wants to come with me to Thailand and Philippines. Do she need a visa to enter country
Answer summary
A Colombian citizen can enter Thailand visa-exempt for up to 60 days, but they must have a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate if arriving from Colombia or another country that requires it within the last 14 days. Upon arrival, they will need to show this certificate at a designated health checkpoint before proceeding to immigration. In contrast, the entry requirements for the Philippines may differ, but typically, Colombian nationals also need a visa unless they fall under the visa-exempt category for short visits.

GOOD QUESTION. How much did the Colombian cost ?
Remember….always ask FB rather than Thailand and Philippine Embassies.
Ok some very ignorant and time wasting answers about the yellow fever part of entry.
She will need valid yellow fever certification if she is coming from Columbia or any other country that requires it within the last 14 days.
If she is then when she does the digital entry card she has to put origin country of trip. Then a seperate window will come up asking where you have been last two weeks and asking you to upload a digital copy of the cert. If she arrives in Bangkok you have to go to the health department first with her certification and boarding pass they will give her a slip of paper, this is to be presented to the immigration officer along with passport and boarding pass. But if she is coming from elsewhere none of it matters. And the numpty that think the health window is next to IO will have queuing twice
Peter H Bates OMG 🤦. A visa is permission to enter a country, usually obtained before traveling. A stamp is proof that you have already entered (or left) the country (based on whether you have a visa or are entering visa-free). A stamp doesn't grant permission, it only records your entry or exit. You can have a visa sticker in your passport but it's still not the same thing. He's asking about permission to enter and stay in Thailand.
As a Colombian, you will always be asked for your yellow fever certification, and that's it. The immigration officer will always ask you to go to a second window, normally next to them, and show the certification. At this window, they will give you a little paper; show it to the immigration officer, and that's it—visa exemption for 2 months.
Manuel Alejandro he was on about yellow fever requirements and that has absolutely nothing to do with what passport you hold (please prove me wrong) its all to do with countries you have been in 14 days prior to arrival in Thailand
Michael Dawson I am Colombian and I did it two times: by airplane in Bangkok and by land on a bus in Chiang Rai. So I know what I am talking about, smarty-pants.
David Beltrán Work in Africa and all over the world i know very well the the procedures for entering the country coming from a yellow fever country. Passport makes no difference
