Hi All. Regarding the Thai soft power activities for my DTV.. will only enrolling my teenager in Muy Thai school qualify for getting my DTV, or does it have to specifically be me enrolling in Muy Thai classes, in order to qualify?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To qualify for a Thai DTV (Digital Nomad Visa), the applicant must personally enroll in a Muay Thai school; enrolling a teenager alone does not suffice. After obtaining the DTV, the applicant can then apply for a dependent DTV for their child.

You are the one getting the DTV so YOU need to be enrolled and once you get the DTV then you apply for the "dependent" DTV for your child

Minimum age to apply is 20. I would recommend cooking class or seminar for yourself if you don't want to do muay thai

How middle aged are we talking here? I'm in my forties and really enjoying my training here in Bangkok. There are a few of us older people and the trainers are great with not pushing us beyond what we're comfortable with.

You need to enroll not your son, but I suppose the gym can transfer to you after you get the Visa, this shouldn't be a problem
