Hello- I intend to apply for a Thailand Retirement Visa. My USA Social Security monthly income is adequate to satisfy Thai income requirement. I can provide a statement from Social Security confirming my monthly benefits, however does this statement need to be verified? I cannot imagine that Thai Immigration would simply accept a simple statement regarding income without some sort of verification, perhaps from the US Embassy? Any input would be greatly appreciated! Dennis~
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether a statement from the U.S. Social Security Administration confirming their monthly benefits needs to be verified for the Thailand Retirement Visa application. They are unsure if Thai Immigration will accept the statement without additional verification, potentially from the U.S. Embassy.
