Hi everyone. When I apply for the non immigrant O visa from the states, it’s asking where I will stay. Do I need to provide documentation on reservations? I may move around Thailand a bit so I’m not sure I will be anywhere for a long period of time.
Im planning on arriving July 25
Do I need to provide proof of a return flight within the 90 day window?
I’m planning to apply for the retirement visa.
I will also apply for multiple entry visa
I will meet the 800000 baht requirement.
Thank you.
TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Non-Immigrant O visa from the USA, you only need to provide the address of your first place of stay in Thailand; no reservation documentation is required. Additionally, you do not need to show proof of a return flight ticket as part of the application process. It's important to note that the Non-O visa is not a multiple-entry visa. If you plan to leave Thailand and return during your visa validity, you will need to obtain a re-entry permit.
