Hi I have a non o visa for 90 days, based on retirement. I am going to do an extension soon. I have transferred the 800000 BAHT,from the UK, two months ago. I tried to get a Credit advice statement from Kasikorn bank. They gave me one but some of the transfers I did with Remitly were not included. Anyone any ideas what I can do. Is it possible to take transfer receipts from the UK to prove they are foreign payments

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user with a Non-O visa for retirement is preparing for an extension and has concerns about proving his 800,000 THB deposit. While attempting to obtain credit advice from his bank, he noticed some transfers were missing. Other commenters clarified that when applying for the 12-month Extension of Stay Permit based on the 800,000 THB requirement, he does not need to prove that the funds came from abroad, which might alleviate his concerns.

if you entered Thailand on a 90-days Non-Imm-O Retirement Visa, you don't have to prove that the 800,000 THB deposit came from abroad, for the application to the 12-months Extension of the Stay Permit. This proof is only needed when you apply for the 90-days Non-Imm-O Retirement Visa on Immigration inside Thailand, after you entered visa-exempt or on a tourist visa. This process would be called "change of visa type". You probably mixed up these two different approaches to the Extension

I’m completely new here, but don’t you just need to show your bank statement giving the amount required ?

not quite. You need a letter from the bank confirming it's your account with enough money in it, bank statements and an updated copy of your bank book

You don't need to prove foreign payments if you are applying for an extension using the 800k baht method
