TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires if transferring 65,000 baht monthly from another Thai bank account can satisfy the financial criteria for a Non-O visa based on retirement. The responses clarify that domestic transfers do not qualify for proof of funds; the funds must be transferred from abroad directly into a Thai bank account each month for 12 months prior to the extension application.

We don't discuss this bank has that service, or this interest rate.

nope, domestic transfers are not accepted for proof of funds for monthly income method for the people whose consulates here do not issue the affidavit of income from abroad notary letter.

You would have to transfer a minimum of 65K baht in from abroad into a thai bank account in your name only, each month every month for the preceding 12 months before you apply for the next yearly extension

AND

You would also have to follow the current extension money seasoing requirments of keeping the balance at 800K baht for 3 months after the extension was granted and then never letting it go below 400K baht the rest of the year

as long as it's recorded as an international transfer, it will be fine.
