Hello. I am going to apply online for a 3-month non-immigrant O visa at the Thai Embassy in Vietnam.

You need a 3 months statement. For many Thai Banks you can ask it via their APP and you get it as PDF file send per email. Issue is, that it will be protected by a password.

You need to upload your bank statement in PDF/JPG. It is enough. And you can upload main page of bank book as extra.
