I need to apply for a Non B visa, do I need to go to my local immigration office to cancel my existing Non OA visa with multiple entry permit or the Embassy where I will apply my Non B visa will automatically cancel the existing Non OA visa? Thank you all

If you have all your paperwork from the company you will work for, then you cancel your retirement visa, and apply for your type B on the same day at immigration. Then your work permit. not intended to apply visa in country, there are reasons why visa have to apply at the country of residence.
