Hi, I wanted to ask about the procedures for me to enter back to Thailand.

I have a Thai PR but no working visa. I hold an ROC passport (green). Do I still need to apply for a visa on arrival or a tourist visa to enter Thailand?

Many thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the need for a visa to re-enter Thailand despite holding Thai Permanent Residency (PR) and an ROC passport. They want to know if they must apply for a visa on arrival or a tourist visa for re-entry.

Why would you have PR and a working visa…?

Sorry I meant work permit. In Thailand even with the Thai Permanent Residency you will still need a work permit to work.

Currently I only have the Thai PR, so was wondering on the entry requirements~

I just don't understand how you'd have PR and think you'd need a tourist visa to enter then. The answer to that question would be no, PR holders don't need anything to enter Thailand.
