My pal had to take their English test for a visa and they charged him a fortune. The alternative was going back to home country to get documentation from Uni. His undergrad and Masters were taught in English. He worked for a British company in Singapore for 10 years where the everyday language was English. It was easier and less hassle just to pay for the English test.Dca *****

OPVFS can demand a work permit before allowing you to proceed with your application, which then exempts DTV holders...
