Non immigrant OA visa extension. The 800k in the bank need to be transferred from a bank account abroad or can be from cash brought into Thailand in several times ?

It's only when applying to convert to a non-O visa inside of Thailand that you need to show it was an international transfer. For extensions that is not a requirement.

no, 800k for an extension doesn't need to be international. It's only monthly transfers if using that method that needs to be international for extensions.
