yes, you can technically. There is NOTHING in the regulation that will AUTOMATICALLY forbid you about it. Like if you have a DUI, I do not think they will refuse you but this is discretionary. And yes, since today, things might be more complex.

Totally agree with you, Robert. It really seems like they’ll check on a case-by-case basis and the type of crime matters a lot. Good to know there’s no absolute no right now, but definitely need to be prepared for some extra scrutiny.
