Hello, I am staying in Thailand with an education visa which will be expiring in the end of November. I was wondering do I get 30 grace period to do a visa run or apply for a new visa?

Or as soon as the visa expires I will have to take action?

There is no grace period and you won't be eligible to apply for a different extension. You'd need to leave the country.
