And that was it to discuss the TM30, there is a group of topics to read all we know, there is a topic open for discussion if you can not get the answers from your immigration office,
Sean M Ulvihill That is in the works along with the obligation. Anyways they need to get it working for Thai side so they can start reporting each other. Each house etc will have their account for reporting? :-O

I own nothing, i rent nothing and amazingly I'm reported at Immigration with a TM30 form. If there is a will there is a way.

Nigel Q. Reynolds There's always a way. The owner should report you then you don't need the contract. I hope that helps... Most of the problem is that this isn't really needed. Second is the needless reporting when your away even just for a night... Third their system needs to be upgraded, which we have offered to help with, they have yet to take us up on the offer :-\
yes yes agree. It's not difficult if u satisfy the one size fits all documents. You are either an owner or u rent.... with a rental agreement. And I don't fit that .....

Hoards of 800฿ fines is real, not fear, not mongering.
Just because you or I are able to do it doesn’t mean it’s not a mess!
