TLDR : Answer Summary
The user broke their OA visa and is now under consideration for an O retirement visa, but the date for returning to immigration is the same as the expiration of their tourist visa. Responses from the community reassured the user that going on the date indicated on the blue receipt is standard procedure and there's typically no issue if the application is "under consideration." It's advised to follow the date on the receipt for submission.

The blue receipt shows a date to go back to immigration...you just go there hand in your passport and receipt and they will stamp your nonO on to the passport there's noting to worry about

Just go back on the date it says to get your stamp.
Nothing to worry about "under consideration " is mostly just a formality.

It's normal that the dates are the same. Usually you can't go earlier but you can always ask, although the reason for the under consideration period is that your application has to go to the head office for approval

Don't worry, typically if they accept your paperwork with an under consideration stamp you'll 99.
