@Jef *******
how old is that photo? Because it still shows the old sign for that entry section that asks for business class & first class passengers to scan their Fast Track card, which has not been given out by airlines for years since they moved such passengers to use Priority Lane.
I am sure you are telling the truth about your own experience, but here's proof from the Airport authorities themselves in an official letter about the move of business class passengers to now use Priority Lane:

From the official letter:
"The decision was made to alleviate congestion in the fast-track
lane areas, which is now reserved for diplomatic passport holders, passengers requiring special assistance (disabled passengers), infants, pregnant passengers, BOI-promoted investors, APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) holders, Smart Visa, Long Stay, and Thailand Privilege Card holders, as well as monks, elderly passengers, and crew members.
First and business class passengers are encouraged to use passport control Zones 1 and 3 upon arrival, which have priority lanes offered by Immigration Division 2 to make traveling more convenient."
Also, here's a link to an online discussion about this:

"Travelers flying business class into Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok can utilize a priority lane at immigration. While there is a fast track option available, it is not specifically for business class passengers. Instead, business class flyers should follow the signs for the priority lane located to the right of the main immigration area and proactively inform staff by stating 'Business class.' It's important to note that prior reservation for fast track service is required as the dedicated fast track for business class has been discontinued."
It will definitely be nice if they have at least temporarily allowed business class passengers to use the Fast Track entry section again to ease congestion.
