Can I use my rental income from properties in France and a military pension to qualify for a DTV visa in Thailand?

Is it possible for the DTV to show that you rent properties in France? That and a military pension being my income. I would have control of the properties, rental, maintenance etc but remotely manage it from Thailand.  Many thanks in advance
