For the proof of address, can I just use my bank statement (which I'm already using for proof of funds) to kill two birds with one stone? 

I have just moved back to UK so don't really have any utility bills, staying with family. 

Any ideas or suggestions please?

I thought the bank statement would do but they asked for proof of address, so I sent a copy of my driving licence. I'm not sure how that proved where I was but it was approved.

Not sure if this will work for you but when I got my application approved last year, for proof of location, I used an app that adds your GPS location and current time to the photos you take using the app.

Used this app to take photos of every single page of my passport. So this showed that I was in my country and my passport pages matched that. Also added a screenshot of my current location on google maps. These 2 combined seemed to be enough for me but not sure if it works these days or in other embassies.

If your bank statement has your name and address, why not. Combine a brief cover letter with it to explain its presence.

I wouldn’t risk it personally if you can try find another proof of address that would be ideal, if your saying send the same bank statement twice then they may get confused, better safe than sorry
