What type of bank statement should I request for a Vietnam workation visa application?

Hi everyone I’m almost ready to send my application in Vietnam , I’m applying under workation visa , for the account balance , how do I request the specific one for this manner with my bank? How do you call it ? Sorry for my ignorance I’m new in this kind of thing my bank is in US , also do you know if Vietnam ask for 3 months or only account balance it’s fine thank you
