Can I travel to another country before returning to Thailand after obtaining a Non-Immigrant B Visa in Vientiane?
I am a teacher going to Vietienne to get a non immigrant B Visa. Is there any reason I must go directly back to Thailand after getting a Visa from the embassy in Vietienne? Can I go to say Bali first before returning to Thailand?

you will have NO problem going to Bali and then entering thailand as long as you do it BEFORE the "enter before" date on the visa itself.
