Just opening a business doesn't give you any visa. But a business can provide a visa if it meets the criteria to do so

for starters you need to have 2 million baht in registered capital. And employ 4 Thai's to support your visa and WPYasmin ***********

you can't just open a business to have a visa. In order to get the non-b visa you need a wp3 filled out, and this is for the wp.Yasmin ***********
