TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about obtaining a visa longer than three months for investing in a business in Thailand. Responses indicated that simply opening a business is insufficient for a visa; the business must meet specific criteria to qualify. One commenter offered assistance based on investment amounts, suggesting that there are agents available to help with this process.

Just opening a business doesn't give you any visa. But a business can provide a visa if it meets the criteria to do so

Why would you open a business if you can’t get the workpermit, to work in the business.

Owning doesn’t mean you can work there.

you can't just open a business to have a visa. In order to get the non-b visa you need a wp3 filled out, and this is for the wp.
