Hi, I am an Indian National working in Thailand. I have a valid work permit. My non immigrant B visa expires mid March. Can I get a new non B visa in Bali or Vietnam or do I need to go back to India and get it.

Any information/suggestions regarding the same are appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
An Indian national in Thailand seeking guidance on whether they can obtain a new Non-B visa from Bali or Vietnam instead of returning to India. Suggestions include exploring the possibility of extending the current visa based on employment.

If you are an indian national you go back to your country to get a new Non-B.

I agree with

, why can't your employer provide you the documentation to get an in country extension based on employment from the immigration office in your area?

I'm curious, why can't you get an extension of stay based on employment?
