TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can obtain a COVID extension at the Kalasin immigration office if you are staying in that province. The documents typically required include a copy of your passport's data page, entry stamp, 30-day extension stamp, TM6 departure card, proof of residence, a completed TM7 application form with a passport photo, and a fee of 1900 baht.

Sorry but I got no idea what they require, probably just the regular copies

data page of your passport,

entry stamp,

30 day extension stamp,

TM6 departure card,

proof of where you stay

a filled out TM7 application form with a passport photo and 1900baht
