Can I extend my visa on arrival in Thailand after the first extension or do I need to do a visa run?

Hi there, I got a visa on arrival with the first stamp at 27 November 2018. I have extend it on 24 December 2018 and it will be expired on 25 January 2019.

It want to stay for a longer time.

Do I have to do a visa run now? Or is it possible to extend it another time?
