I did a land border bounce last week and got a 30 day VOA. Am I still able to extend this by a further 30 days at my immigration office? I’m reading a lot about extensions for Coronavirus and the need to get a letter from your Embasy. Does that apply you if you just want an additional 30 day extension?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can extend your 30-day Visa on Arrival (VOA) by an additional 30 days at your local immigration office, depending on the policies in place. In Bangkok, you may be able to do this on the same day you arrive, while in other areas, it's best to check with your local immigration office. The cost for the extension is typically ฿1,900.
If in BKK you can do the day you arrive...outside of BKK check with your local immigration office to see what their policy is...cost is ฿1,900 for 30 days
