TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a history of holding a Non-O Retirement Visa and is planning to travel to Thailand without a visa, expecting to obtain a 60-day Visa on Arrival. They have raised concerns about potential immigration issues due to their recent travel history and the timing of their return. Several community members have provided advice, suggesting that as long as they have a return ticket and meet the entry requirements, they should be granted the Visa on Arrival without issues.

in the TDAC, you don't need to fill out the departure and the visa number - these are no mandatory fields. And name the hotel you stay during the first nights as adress in Thailand

Yoy will be fine unless you spent an extended period of time in Thailand using visa exempt entries prior to your recent Non-O

Johantje Perseyn I think you will be arriving on visa exempt i.e. no visa at all as you are Belgian I assume with a Belgian passport you will be stamped in for 60 days with your arrival day counting as day 1. The TDAC is just an arrival electronic online card that you need to fill in within 3 days of your arrival, only fill in the mandatory fields that are highlighted with an * don't fill in any of the other boxes as they are not required . I.e. visa number and departure date (these are not required). Also when you go to fill in your tdac make sure you use the official thai website as its free

Daar is volgens mij helemaal niks onwettig gebeurd.
