TLDR : Answer Summary
It is generally advisable to enter Thailand with an already issued ED visa rather than solely relying on an acceptance letter from a language school. While contacting the local Thai consulate might facilitate entry based on urgent needs, it is unlikely that an entry will be granted solely for being a student. Additionally, travelers should be aware of the quarantine requirements upon arrival.

Is there any official or predicted date for open borders for Swedish citizens?
Like I said, this group does not discuss predictions or guesses. As of right now, the borders to Thailand are closed unless you have a work permit, or family in Thailand, and you received permission from the Thai government to enter.

Once you leave Thailand, you will need special permission to return. As of right now, the only people who are given permission to enter Thailand are those with work permits, or those with families, based on urgency.

You can request entry into Thailand based on an urgent need by contacting your local Thai consulate or embassy, and submitting the paperwork they require for approval.
I believe it is highly unlikely they would grant entry into Thailand based on being a student at a language school. Don't forget, you also need to pay for a 14 day quarantine and will cost at least 35K THB.
