You can visit a Thai Consulate to apply for a new Single entry Tourist Visa or you can fly out and back in for a new 30 day Visa Exempt Entry and you can extend this entry with another 30 days at Immigration Office, or you can make border runs by land, with a maximum of twice a calendar year for the same visa exempt entry of 30 days
