Hi, everyone! I would need your advice!

How many times are we allowed to get a tourist visa technically?

I had a few visa run stamps even from last year and when I applied for the first tourist visa in Vientien, I have been told this would be the last one.

I would like to go for another one soon and am wondering how that would be.
