Needed advice.
I am currently on extension of one year Non B (work) VISA. Will expire on March and wanted to change the extension to Non O-marriage visa this time. I have al the required documents listed by immigration. Has anyone ever face problems to change like this.?
The agent that my company hired is asking lots of fees and thinking of doing it by myself.
Anyone done it by self?
