hello, if I apply for a dtv and it gets denied, can I then apply for an METV visa straight away???or will they think it’s suss?I’m applying from London (I’m a British citizen) and only have proof of 16,000 pound and growing but will only have it in my account from now and plan to leave mid sept so won’t exactly meet the 3 month threshold..

You need less than £12,000 for the DTV. When did you reach that amount? Will it have seasoned for 3 months?

UK does not require the minimum funds to be in place for more than 10 days, but they will be looking for an income stream to prove you can support yourself.

If a DTV is rejected the applicant is often issued with a METV, not sure if RTE London do this
