Can I apply for an annual extension after receiving a 60-day extension on my NON-O visa for having Thai children?

Yep, just go apply for the year extension before your current stamp runs out

𝗔𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝟰𝟬𝟬𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗶𝘁 𝘂𝗽.

That was a self inflicted fail 🙁 You need to have 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only when you apply for the year extension.

Now while it's not specifically written into the rule for extensions based on thai children that you need to have the 400K baht seasoned 2 months (like you do for marriage to a thai) SOME offices still require you have it seasoned.

That means; you first need to get the balance back to the minimum 400K baht and then you need to go to your immigration office and find out if your office requires the 2 month seasoning for raising thai child extensions.

Also while you're there get the hand out listing the requirements needed to apply for the extension (as it's not the same stuff you needed for the 60 day visit family extension)
