I came in on a 90 day non-o visa for having Thai family (kids). I got a further 60 day extension on that. My visa expires at the end of this month. Is it possible to get the annual extension after getting the 60 day one already? Also my bank dropped below 400k this month, but I could top it up.
Not sure if I can make it happen or if I have enough time?
Appreciate your advice!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a 90-day Non-O visa due to having Thai children, followed by a 60-day extension. They are inquiring about their eligibility for an annual extension given that their bank balance fell below 400,000 THB but they could top it up. Responses indicate that they can apply for the annual extension before their current visa expires, provided they meet the financial requirements, specifically having 400,000 THB seasoned (held) in the bank, and they should check local immigration office requirements regarding seasoning periods.

That was a self inflicted fail ๐ You need to have 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only when you apply for the year extension.
Now while it's not specifically written into the rule for extensions based on thai children that you need to have the 400K baht seasoned 2 months (like you do for marriage to a thai) SOME offices still require you have it seasoned.
That means; you first need to get the balance back to the minimum 400K baht and then you need to go to your immigration office and find out if your office requires the 2 month seasoning for raising thai child extensions.
Also while you're there get the hand out listing the requirements needed to apply for the extension (as it's not the same stuff you needed for the 60 day visit family extension)

It's going to come down to whether you need the 400K baht seasoned 2 months for a yearly raising thai child extension. You can apply for the extension any time you meet the requirements before your current stamp runs out
