Can I apply for a visa online from Phu Quoc, Vietnam, or do I need to be in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City?
If I am currently in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, is it still possible to apply online through the embassy in Hanoi or HCM? Or do I have to physically be in those cities?

When you choose Vietnam as your location on the e-visa website, it will show the areas/provinces each embassy governs, stay in that general area, you aren't confined to a city
