Must the applicant stay at the country where he apply DTV until he get the visa?
Is anyone experience the interview with officer and appreciate for any sharing how long it takes to release the result following to the interview?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Applicants for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand do not have to stay in the country while awaiting their visa decision; however, it is risky. If they leave, they may be required to return for additional interviews or provide proof of their presence in Thailand. There have been reports of decisions made quickly after interviews, sometimes within minutes, but it's essential to remain in the country to avoid potential complications.
It's an embassy requirement and if they find out you left they will cancel your application without refund.

I had an interview in Taipei, result was 5 mins after the interview. Best to stay in the country until approved as you can be asked for proof you are still in the country or called in for an interview.

You can leave. But you are taking a chance. They can ask you to come in any time up until a final decision is made. And if you are gone you will lose your fee and have to start over. Most places it is less than 2 weeks to get a decision.
