Has anyone applied for OA in SEA?

I am in Vietnam, OA is going to be my best option.

I need to use my pension benefits letters to prove income. SS/State of CA.

Has anyone done this in SEA? If so, can you please share the consulate/embassy?

( please don’t bother trying to suggest another visa or an 800k deposit, which I don’t have)

With a foreign passport, you would normally need temporary/permanent resident status in Vietnam in order to apply for a Non O-A visa.

You can only apply for a non-OA visa in your passport country. If you want to apply elsewhere, the non-O will be the option you have available.
