Hi Friends,

I possess Non-ED visa, which I need to cancel in the next month after being declared graduated from a university. However, I would like stay here for another six months. I have offer of internship from an office at the same university, and would like to apply for new Non-ED visa on the day of cancellation of previous visa by providing internship documents from that office. Just wondering if internship after graduation will still be considered under category of ED visa allowing me not to leave the country?

What is the other possible way to work it out?

Thanks in anticipation for your advise!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether they can apply for a new Non-ED visa for an internship after canceling their current Non-ED visa upon graduation. They are uncertain if the internship will qualify under the ED visa category, thereby allowing them to remain in Thailand without leaving the country.
